Do your prices include GST?

Yes, All prices quoted include GST

Can i pick up our hire?

Equipment can be picked up and returned between 9.00am and 4.30pm weekdays. 

Do you Deliver, How much do you charge?

Yes we can deliver your hire for an additional fee. Local Townsville deliveries are $65.00- Outer Suburbs (eg Kelso) are $85.00. This price includes pick up as well. Further Locations will be P.O.A

Do we need to clean the equipment before returning?

Yes, some items may incur a cleaning fee if returned dirty. Glassware, Plates and Cutlery must be rinsed prior to returning. Roasting ovens and BBQ's must be returned clean. 

Are your prices for a daily hire?

No, all prices quoted are for a 3 day period. Long term hires are P.O.A  ... If equipment is returned late a extra hire fee may be added. 

What happens if our equipment is damaged / Lost?

All equipment hired is the responsibility of the Hirer (you) and any Lost/ Damaged/ not returned equipment will be billed to the hirer. 

How can we pay for our Hire?

All hire must be paid prior to Pick Up/ Delivery... Payment details are located on the invoice, Please use your Booking / Invoice number as your reference. 

What do we do if our equipment is faulty / is not working?

Please contact us to see if we can troubleshoot. If the equipment is faulty we will replace/ refund. If a call out is made and our equipment is not faulty a charge of $85.00 will apply. 

What area do you service?

We service the whole of North Queensland including Mt Isa, Burketown, Kurrumba, Cleremont, Richmond and all surrounding areas. Please note accommodation charges may apply to some areas. 

Can you set up / Style our event?

Yes, we can offer full packages including Party Hire, Set up/ Pack down, decorating and Catering (Coast to Coast the Golden Roast).. Contact us for a package deal!
